Every single one of you is important.
You "count". You "matter".
In this daily world of doctors, medications,
rushing and running and being hassled by various
individuals which you encounter in your daily lives --
be they medical personnel or someone whom you meet
on the street in your neighborhood --
always, "always" remember --- you are special.

Because you are "you":
If the Good Lord had wanted us all alike,
there would be no need for the individuality
that makes us all so different.
Be kind to "yourself".
"You" are special because "you" are "you".
